Confess your sins to each other and pray for each other

In continuing the theme of experiencing God’s power and “open heaven” in our pursuit of God’s Kingdom, we bring back a message I shared in April…

James 5:16 reveals another truth on how the Holy Spirit releases His power among us:

“Therefore confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous man is powerful and effective.” James 5:16

The requirement is righteousness.  That righteousness comes about in our unity, through setting aside our pride in deference to one another.  It is also about taking genuine interest in each other’s needs.  Please click here for a more in-depth sharing of this message.

Open Heaven

The Lord has certainly brought an “opened heaven” over us during our 2 months in Asia!  We have seen the His hand visibly leading our every step as He established our network of Kingdom builders.  We are again reminded of the revelation Jesus gave in Matthew 18:18-20 concerning the power of unity:

“I tell you the truth, whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven.  Again, I tell you that if two of you on earth agree about anything you ask for, it will be done for you by my Father in heaven.  For where two or three come together in my name, there am I with them.” Matthew 18:18-20

In this passage, Jesus reveals a principle of connecting heaven to earth and seeing God’s power manifest in our midst.  Jesus tells us that the key factor is unity under His name.  It is coming together as a unified team to fulfill Christ’s Kingdom zeal.  Our 10,500 assignment – to connect the Kingdom soldiers in Christ’s name – truly is to build unity for Christ’s Kingdom zeal, to bring an “open heaven” over us.  Please click here to listen to this message from March 11th.

We will once again gather for a time of intercession on behalf of our 10,500 assignment.  Unity in humility and submission will be a key factor of our success.  I will share some specific prayer points for unity during our conference call today.  Please join us.

Rewards of Faith

As we walk this journey of faith in pursuing Christ’s Kingdom, I though it appropriate to reflect back on a faith message we shared back in March…

Hebrews 11:1, 6 well summarizes the excitement and rewards in running road of destiny (PPS):

“Now faith is being sure of what we hope for and certain of what we do not see.  This is what the ancients were commended for…And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him.” Hebrews 11:1,6

This truth has perhaps been our deepest learning in building the Kingdom economic network for the past 2 years.  The Lord constantly strengthens our resolve as we press forward through the unseen.  We are thankful that such opportunities have been given to us as faith opens the channel to God’s favor – the greater the faith, the greater the reward.

Take a break from our weekly Kingdom message sharing

The week’s activities have been so full and rich that we will need to take a break from our weekly Kingdom message sharing.  During our call in, I will provide a general update and then have a time of thanksgiving for the Lord’s awesome work in Taiwan.
