“Therefore, I urge you, brothers, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as living sacrifices, holy and pleasing to God—this is your spiritual act of worship.” – Romans 12:1
Greetings!
Paul’s exhortation to the church in Rome provides a basic principle for leaders of Kingdom companies. That principle is to live as a living sacrifice for the sole purpose of pleasing God. In other words, nothing will compete with our striving to fulfill God’s agenda and satisfying His desire.
God has a clear agenda for the restoration of Christ’s earthly Kingdom. His desire is to allow the rising of a great darkness to bring about the great harvest. For more a more detailed description of this agenda, please refer to the following article: The Kingdom Economy – a Key Tool for the Great Tribulation Harvest.
Leaders of Kingdom companies living the Romans 12:1 principle will align their corporate agendas with Christ’s Kingdom agenda. They will consider everything that they steward as a living sacrifice – meaning that they give up the rights to pursue personal ambitions in order to fulfill Christ’s Kingdom desire (Isaiah 9:7, Hebrews 12:2). Such leaders understand how their company assets will build the Kingdom economy and are actively preparing this “End-Time ark” for the coming great darkness and harvest.
In the following weeks, we will highlight the following company leaders who are modeling this Romans 12:1 principle:
Elder Andrew Chang (章啟明) – President of Pacific Construction Company and Founder of Tabernacle of David Prayer Center;
Dr. Hsin-Chia Chao (趙信嘉) – CEO of Twintech Industries.
For this week, we encourage you to begin interceding for these two individuals as they submit their enterprises to the Romans 12:1 principle. Let us also continue last week’s intercession for Brother Gary Wang as he strives to build a Christ-centered company. Please click here for last week’s sharing and intercession.
