Jesus gave them this answer: \u201cI tell you the truth, the Son can do nothing by himself; he can do only what he sees his Father doing, because whatever the Father does the Son also does. For the Father loves the Son and shows him all he does. Yes, to your amazement he will show him even greater things than these. For just as the Father raises the dead and gives them life, even so the Son gives life to whom he is pleased to give it.\u201c \u2013 John 5:19-21<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

<\/em><\/p>\n

Last week, our message<\/a> expounded on how \u201cmaking joy complete\u201d plays a basic part in effective leadership.\u00a0 An important factor in \u201cmaking joy complete\u201d is to know our \u201clove capacity\u201d in Christ, which allows us to show grace, sacrifice, and intent to build others up. \u00a0Such exercise of \u201clove capacity\u201d is critical for building forerunner teams that seek to break new grounds because uncertainties and unexpected outcomes will constantly test a team\u2019s resolve to stay together.\u00a0 Grace, sacrifice, and building others up are the vital bonding elements that keep a team intact.<\/p>\n

Christ demonstrated for us a key principle of operating in God\u2019s capacity.\u00a0 It is to know the Father\u2019s agenda.\u00a0 If we want to lead others in God\u2019s capacity, we must realize that our own \u201clove capacity\u201d can \u201cdo nothing\u201d.\u00a0 But if we follow what He is doing, we will then operate in His capacity and flow His living water.\u00a0 This leadership principle can make a day and night difference to a team\u2019s unity and productivity.<\/p>\n

Market Place Prayer<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

We pray that the Holy Spirit will teach our market place leaders to know the Father\u2019s agenda, and thereby, lead in Christ\u2019s \u201clove capacity\u201d.\u00a0 As they operate in such leadership, they will help their teams overcome the human instincts of protecting only themselves and promoting only their self-interests.\u00a0 We want to see a testimony of leadership that leads in Christ\u2019s supernatural capacity, raising up teams with unity and productivity that the world will admire and follow.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
