He said to him, \u201cAbraham!\u201d <\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><em>\u201cHere I am,\u201d he replied. \u00a0Then God said, \u201cTake your son, your only son, Isaac, whom you love, and go to the region of Moriah. Sacrifice him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains I will tell you about.\u201d<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><em>Early the next morning Abraham got up and saddled his donkey. He took with him two of his servants and his son Isaac. When he had cut enough wood for the burnt offering, he set out for the place God had told him about.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><em>&#8211; Genesis 22:1-3<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p>This week we focus on the 5<sup>th<\/sup> of the <a href=\"https:\/\/gpc.168prayer.org\/?p=527\">6 messages<\/a> God gave to us for 2013, which is:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>God\u2019s release of Kingdom authority will demand us to offer up our \u201cIsaacs\u201d, putting to death our ambition \u2013 <a title=\"blocked::http:\/\/www.blueletterbible.org\/Bible.cfm?b=Gen&amp;c=22&amp;v=1&amp;t=NIV#top&lt;br \/&gt;&lt;br \/&gt;&lt;br \/&gt;&lt;br \/&gt;&lt;br \/&gt;\nhttp:\/\/www.blueletterbible.org\/Bible.cfm?b=Gen&amp;c=22&amp;v=1&amp;t=NIV#top&lt;br \/&gt;&lt;br \/&gt;&lt;br \/&gt;&lt;br \/&gt;&lt;br \/&gt;\nblocked::http:\/\/www.blueletterbible.org\/Bible.cfm?b=Gen&amp;c=22&amp;v=1&amp;t=NIV#top&lt;br \/&gt;&lt;br \/&gt;&lt;br \/&gt;&lt;br \/&gt;&lt;br \/&gt;\nhttp:\/\/www.blueletterbible.org\/Bible.cf\" href=\"http:\/\/www.blueletterbible.org\/Bible.cfm?b=Gen&amp;c=22&amp;v=1&amp;t=NIV#top\">Genesis 22:1-19<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>God is calling us to prepare for a coming season when He will begin to release the \u201cJosephs\u201d to their \u201cstorehouse\u201d assignments.\u00a0 This preparation is critical because it will make a night and day difference in the way that God entrusts us with kingdom authority \u2013 the capability, influence, and wealth vested to us for bringing Christ\u2019s witness to the world.<\/p>\n<p>God is doing a \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/gpc.168prayer.org\/?p=534\">new thing<\/a>\u201d to prepare the <a href=\"https:\/\/gpc.168prayer.org\/?p=573\">meek<\/a> to inherit the earth. \u00a0He is <a href=\"https:\/\/gpc.168prayer.org\/?p=605\">awakening<\/a> us to our Kingdom destinies. \u00a0He is fashioning us into \u201cculture transformers\u201d through the <a href=\"https:\/\/gpc.168prayer.org\/?p=616\">shepherd\u2019s anointing<\/a>.\u00a0 In all of this, the Lord will purify us into vessels that can steward kingdom authority, like that of Joseph, Abraham, and Moses.\u00a0 In this purification, God will take us through a process of putting to death our self-ambitions, thereby, demonstrating a testimony that we can be entrusted with kingdom authority.<\/p>\n<p>Authority always comes from the testimony, shown to God and to people, that we are qualified for such power and influence. \u00a0The testimony comes through the testing in our ambitions, the heart demonstration of selflessness in our strivings.\u00a0 Some have said that Sun Yat-sen, the Christian revolutionary, established authority from the testimony of his selflessness.\u00a0 Vested with such authority, he then was able to play a key role in liberating China from 2,000 years of monarchy.<\/p>\n<p>In establishing our testimonies to become vessels of authority, God would often lead us into two types of situations:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a title=\"blocked::https:\/\/gpc.168prayer.org\/?p=476\" href=\"https:\/\/gpc.168prayer.org\/?p=476\">Contradiction<\/a> \u2013 as when God tested Abraham\u2019s self-ambition as the \u201cfather of nations\u201d by demanding him to give up Isaac;<\/li>\n<li>Scarcity \u2013 as when God tempered Moses\u2019 self-ambition by driving him to a place of desperation such that he must rely on God to validate his leadership to the people.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>God is raising up today\u2019s \u201c<a title=\"blocked::https:\/\/gpc.168prayer.org\/?p=501\" href=\"https:\/\/gpc.168prayer.org\/?p=501\">storehouse builders<\/a>\u201d through circumstances of contradictions and scarcity.\u00a0 We should not come against these situations.\u00a0 But should embrace them as opportunities in the path of the cross, to purify ourselves from self-ambition, to establish a testimony of selflessness \u2013 as one qualified for authority.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Market Place Meditation and Prayer<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ol start=\"1\">\n<li>Describe the picture the Holy Spirit has placed in your heart concerning your call to kingdom authority \u2013 capability, influence, and wealth.<\/li>\n<li>How is the Lord leading you into a testimony for authority, into circumstances of contradiction and scarcity?<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Lord, we ask that good shepherds would be risen up to awaken your storehouse builders to their <a href=\"https:\/\/gpc.168prayer.org\/?p=416\">destiny<\/a>. \u00a0Let that destiny call sustain their pursuit of selflessness.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u4e2d\u6587\u8acb\u9ede\u64ca\u9019\u88e1 Audio Message Some time later God tested Abraham.
