This Week\u2019s Audio Message<\/strong><\/a><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

When they came to the crowd, a man approached Jesus and knelt before him. \u00a0\u201cLord, have mercy on my son,\u201d he said. \u201cHe has seizures and is suffering greatly. He often falls into the fire or into the water. \u00a0I brought him to your disciples, but they could not heal him.\u201d<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cO unbelieving and perverse generation,\u201d Jesus replied, \u201chow long shall I stay with you? How long shall I put up with you? Bring the boy here to me.\u201d \u00a0Jesus rebuked the demon, and it came out of the boy, and he was healed from that moment.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Then the disciples came to Jesus in private and asked, \u201cWhy couldn’t we drive it out?\u201d \u00a0He replied, \u201cBecause you have so little faith. I tell you the truth, if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, \u2018Move from here to there\u2019 and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you.\u201d \u00a0– Matthew 17:14-20<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Last week<\/a>, we shared on the 5 aspects of activating Kingdom DNA from our experience in serving companies such as Tony Wear<\/a>. \u00a0These aspects are:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Operating in the \u201cfaith of the mustard seed\u201d;<\/li>\n
  2. \u201cWashing\u201d the people, company, and their processes through God\u2019s word;<\/li>\n
  3. Prophetic messages speaking into the destinies of individuals and organizations;<\/li>\n
  4. Exercising our market place competencies in the Spirit\u2019s power, thus providing clear benefits to the company\u2019s business operations;<\/li>\n
  5. Overcoming doubt and pride, key elements that separated God from Adam and Eve, and have inhibited our Kingdom DNA.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    This week, we will expound on the first aspect, \u201cOperating in the \u2018faith of the mustard seed\u2019\u201d.<\/p>\n

    Many market place situations today are like the boy that seeks healing for seizure. \u00a0People and companies seek for their needs to be met \u2013 looking for a testimony of the Spirit\u2019s power through us. \u00a0But often times, we, like the disciples, can have our faith overwhelmed in a spiritually parched work place where Christ\u2019s lordship is not recognized nor honored.\u00a0 For this reason, a most important first step in transforming our market place is to begin by operating in the \u201cfaith of the mustard seed\u201d \u2013 to see the potential<\/span> of God\u2019s Kingdom DNA in our work place environment.<\/p>\n

    When Jesus admonished His disciples to \u201chave faith as small as a mustard seed\u201d, He reveals to us two powerful principles of potential. \u00a0The first principle is that faith can bring about an incredible magnitude of transformation.\u00a0 Jesus \u201cquantifies\u201d this magnitude by making a mind-boggling comparison: the \u201cfruit of transformation\u201d to the \u201cinitial investment of faith\u201d is like \u201cmoving a mountain\u201d to a \u201cmustard seed\u201d.\u00a0 The potential of faith for \u201creturn on investment\u201d is so big that it will stretch us beyond our limitation and imagination.<\/p>\n

    Jesus then reveals a second principle on how to recognize this potential.\u00a0 We will recognize it when we can see beyond the mustard seed\u2019s outward appearance and into its genetic code. \u00a0In Mark 4:30-32<\/a>, Jesus points out that a mustard seed, although the smallest of seeds, can grow into the largest of all garden plants.\u00a0 In other words, we cannot recognize the mustard seed\u2019s potential based on its size and physical appearance.\u00a0 But when we understand the seed\u2019s DNA and the mechanisms that cause the seed to grow, we will see, embedded in the seed, a tree larger and more productive than the seed by billion or trillion folds.<\/p>\n

    Operating in the \u201cfaith of the mustard seed\u201d is to understand Kingdom DNA and see its \u201cKingdom tree\u201d. \u00a0It will open our eyes to the potential that God has coded into our market place by recognizing its Kingdom DNA.\u00a0 God intends for us, as market place pastors, to release that potential by activating the Kingdom DNA in our sphere of influence \u2013 manifesting His awesome testimony (Luke 11:20<\/a>).\u00a0 We can operate in such expectations when we see beyond the face value of the seed \u2013 perhaps your current market place situation that seeks \u201chealing\u201d \u2013 and into the potential of the Kingdom DNA, the genetics that allow us to be transformed to an increasing likeness of Christ.<\/p>\n
