Key to Effective Leadership"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><a title=\"blocked::http:\/\/villarkstrategygroup.com\/pub\/ttfh\/prayerconnect\/120126 Prayer Connect - Joy - Key to Leadership.mp3\" href=\"http:\/\/villarkstrategygroup.com\/pub\/ttfh\/prayerconnect\/120126%20Prayer%20Connect%20-%20Joy%20-%20Key%20to%20Leadership.mp3\">This Week\u2019s Audio Message<br \/>\n<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong><em>\u201c\u00a0If you have any encouragement from being united with Christ, if any comfort from his love, if any fellowship with the Spirit, if any tenderness and compassion, then make my joy complete by being like-minded, having the same love, being one in spirit and purpose.\u201d \u2013 Philippians 2:1-2<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>During <a href=\"http:\/\/villarkstrategygroup.com\/pub\/ttfh\/prayerconnect\/120119%20Prayer%20Connect%20-%20Joy%20-%20How%20It%20Comes.mp3\">last week\u2019s message,<\/a> we mentioned that the key components of joy, as pointed out by Paul to the Philippians, are unity in our Kingdom purpose and loving one another in Christ\u2019s abundant capacity.<\/p>\n<p>In continuing to seek wisdom in this passage, I like to highlight a key concept of joy from the phrase \u201c\u2026make my joy complete\u2026\u201d\u00a0 This word \u201ccomplete\u201d (Greek \u2013 plaroo) means to fulfill, to make a vision come to pass, or to transform an idea into reality.\u00a0 From this understanding, we expound on Paul\u2019s message here as saying, \u201cMy joy is seeing an awesome vision of you manifesting Kingdom power and witness.\u00a0 Now complete my joy by making that vision real.\u00a0 You can do it by being like-minded and loving one another because of your abundant capacity in Christ.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Understanding this concept of joy reveals some important insights in leading and motivating others, whether in our families, fellowships, or business spheres.\u00a0 To effectively lead people to complete a challenging goal, we must:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Bring about joy \u2013 a future vision of      accomplishment, satisfaction, happiness;<\/li>\n<li>Establish team unity \u2013 right heart, right      position, right goal;<\/li>\n<li>Help team members see their \u201clove capacity\u201d \u2013      grace, sacrifice, and building others up.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Market Place Prayer<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>May the Lord breathe joy into the hearts of His market place leaders today, such that they can motivate their teams through a divine vision of accomplishment, satisfaction, and happiness.\u00a0 May the Lord impart wisdom to fulfill that joy through team unity and love capacity.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This Week\u2019s Audio Message \u201c\u00a0If you have any encouragement from being united with Christ, if any comfort from his love, if any fellowship with the Spirit, if any tenderness and compassion, then make my joy complete by being like-minded, having &hellip;
